Quick Tips:

Wash your hands, clean your thigh with the alcohol swab, and inject into the thigh only. Remove the blue cap with a gentle pull and twist, ensuring the gray needle cover comes off inside the blue cap. Pinch the skin and press the pen straight down until the blue needle shield is fully depressed. Manually press the blue plunger all the way to 0.0 mL. The pen does not inject automatically. Keep the pen firmly against your thigh for 10 seconds, then lift it straight off after 10 seconds.
